Order Cancellation Request

Customers can request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped or dispatched.

Cancellation Eligibility

• Orders that have not been shipped are eligible for cancellation.
• Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Charges

DevGhar reserves the right to apply cancellation charges in certain situations such as special orders, bulk orders or customized products.
